What You Will Do
Reporting to the AVP, the Director- Advisory is responsible for leading the advisory sales function and driving sales conversion across life, health, and estate-related opportunities.
Lead advisory sales performance and conversion results
Coach and develop sales and intake teams
Manage KPIs, pipeline activity, and reporting
Improve lead qualification, routing, and follow-up processes
Support complex client opportunities and escalations
Work closely with operations and marketing teams
Drive accountability, professionalism, and client experience
Who You Are
5–10 years of leadership experience in sales, financial services, insurance, banking, or related industries
Experience managing teams and performance metrics
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
