Introduction Diploma Qualified Educator – Green Leaves Early Learning At Green Leaves, we’re looking for experienced Educators who bring confidence, initiative, and a strong understanding of early learning frameworks. You’ll play a key role in shaping learning experiences, mentoring your peers, and contributing to a high-quality education program. Key Responsibilities As a valued Diploma Educator, you will: Take ownership of implementing and contributing to high-quality educational programs Support and guide fellow Educators to meet curriculum and documentation standards Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families, and your team Use your knowledge of the EYLF to create meaningful, play-based learning experiences Contribute to a collaborative, reflective team culture focused on continuous improvement Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment About You To succeed in this role, you will have: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Proven experience working in an early learning environment A strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards, and documentation practices A proactive, team-focused approach with leadership capability in the room A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and education A current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain) Current NSW Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain) Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain) The availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6:30pm.
