We are seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will drive engagement through automated journeys, segmentation strategies, and omnichannel content delivery. The specialist will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, integrate marketing technologies with CRM systems, and maintain documentation of workflows and processes.

What you will do
Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop and optimize campaign journeys, segmentation strategies, and tool functionality to improve engagement and performance.
Collaborate with multiple lines of business to support our omnichannel content.
Maintain and document the marketing automation processes, procedures, programs, and workflows between CI’s various applications.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Utilize Salesforce reporting tools to create reports that track KPIs and campaign effectiveness and build audiences.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, content) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other marketing technologies and CRM systems.
Assist in creating compelling email content, landing pages, and other digital assets tailored to various audience segments.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
Support team members in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and best practices for campaign execution.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation or email marketing.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with the Salesforce & Adobe suite of tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision‑making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and email design best practices is a plus.
