Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer I - Clear Lake (Casual Appointment) **Texas City, Texas, United States** **New** Patient Care UTMB Health Requisition # 2603468 **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE** Minimum Qualifications: - High school or equivalent - Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited ultrasound program - 0+ years of experience **LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS** - American Heart Association (BLS) Any one of the following: - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) - American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography (ARDMS) - Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) - Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) - Or Registry eligible and attain certification within one year of hire **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer I position works under supervision to complete and assist with a variety of diagnostic Echocardiography procedures.
