AI-First Operational Culture:
Drive an AI-first engineering culture by integrating AI-assisted automation, predictive monitoring, automated troubleshooting, and diagnostics into daily operational workflows.
SOP & Incident Management:
Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline triage protocols and empower support teams during after-hours alerting scenarios.
Security, PKI & Secrets Management:
Oversee enterprise certificate lifecycles (SSL/TLS provisioning, renewal, automation, PKI), secrets management, and zero-trust security compliance.
Developer Enablement & Pipeline Automation:
Partner with software development teams to align application architectures with CI/CD deployment pipelines, automated security gates, and containerized deployment models.
Prototyping & Innovation:
Rapidly prototype and iterate on technical solutions, balancing innovation and speed with strict engineering discipline and operational quality.
What You Bring to the Table
Architectural & DevOps Baseline:
7+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or systems architecture, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect or senior technical leadership role.
Mission-Critical Platform Operations:
5+ years supporting and actively monitoring production environments requiring 99.9%+ uptime.
Microsoft Azure & CI/CD Expertise:
5+ years architecting enterprise solutions in Microsoft Azure, utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation.
Containerization & IaC:
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes and Docker).
AI-Assisted Operations:
3+ years leveraging AI tools and AI-first practices for code generation, infrastructure management, predictive monitoring, incident triage, and operational optimization.
Certificates & Security:
3–5+ years managing enterprise PKI, SSL/TLS certificate automation, and secrets management protocols.
Software Development & Scripting:
3–5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting custom automation tools, APIs, and operational integration platforms.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a proven ability to bring clarity to complex, ambiguous environments.
