Silverwood Detail & Protection is looking for a
Detail Operations Administrator
to become the driving force behind our detail department. This is more than scheduling vehicles — this role helps create the experience our customers remember when they pick up their vehicle looking better than expected.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, ensures quality stays high, and helps transform everyday vehicles into something customers are excited to drive.
What You’ll Do
✨ Coordinate and manage the daily flow of vehicles through the detail department
✨ Schedule detailing, protection services, and delivery preparation
✨ Communicate with internal departments and customers to keep expectations clear
✨ Perform minor invoicing and administrative tasks to support department operations
✨ Ensure vehicles meet Silverwood quality standards before delivery
✨ Support premium appearance and protection services
✨ Monitor timelines and keep operations running efficiently
✨ Move and organize vehicles as required within dealership operations
✨ Problem solve and adapt when priorities shift

Requirements
✔ Valid
Class 5 Driver’s License
required
✔ Comfortable operating and moving a variety of vehicles
✔ Automotive or dealership experience considered an asset, but not required
