We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Department/Personal Assistant to join our Consulting team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department. You will work closely with consultants and leadership, coordinating processes, managing documentation, and supporting internal and external communications. Your responsibilities will be: Providing administrative support to the Consulting team and leadership. Organizing and coordinating business meetings, including preparation of documents and presentations, and managing schedules. Arranging business trips, including travel bookings and visa support documentation. Managing business correspondence and handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries. Preparing contracts and coordinating internal approval (sign-off) procedures. Preparing invoices and processing expense reports. Arranging audio and video conferences via corporate platforms. Organizing team events and supporting internal department initiatives. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Consulting team leadership. You’re the perfect fit for this role if you: Hold a higher education degree (preferably in Linguistics, Management, or a related field). Have at least 1 year of experience in administrative support or office management. Are fluent in English (upper-intermediate level or higher) with the ability to communicate effectively with expatriates. Are an experienced PC user with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess strong organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail. Are able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
