Duties and Responsibilities
Live, work and positively contribute to your northern community in Canada
Meet execution of in-store selling activities and marketing programs
Develop a weekly schedule to meet the needs of the business, with flexibility to respond to the unique challenges of a remote and isolated location
Responsible for ordering products and managing inventory levels to ensure stock is adequately maintained and available for customers.
Motivate and provide staff training and tools to provide exceptional customer service
Actively participate in helping to support career progression for your team members
Problem-solve unique issues with the resources at hand and the best advice from fellow team members
