Department Manager (Management of Allocation/Replenishment department in Logistics) in H&M at Sinteks (Синтекс) — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Strategically plan, lead, and monitor performance of department operations with regards to efficiency, service, and cost. Manage the department budget and cost efficiency targets, ensuring alignment with Logistics financial goals through monthly reporting. Identify cost improvement opportunities in area of responsibility and Logistics in total. Align department planning with DC (Distribution Center) capacity, including related reporting and seasonal volume forecasting. Ensure stock accuracy through inventory counts and regular audits; lead investigations for discrepancies and establish preventive actions. Implement and maintain a loss prevention framework within the DC, including shrinkage monitoring, investigation procedures, and preventive action plans. Implement and monitor DC HSE KPIs (incident rate, safety training completion, compliance rate) and ensure corrective actions for deviations. Plan and manage department staff according to capacity needs and forecasted requirements. Ensure accurate data flow between DC systems (WMS/ERP) and cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Finance, Sales) to support integration and reporting accuracy. Manage relationships with service providers to ensure service level agreements are met and costs are controlled. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of new and existing staff. Conduct performance evaluations and establish clear development plans for warehouse staff. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of managing people; Experience in transport or warehouse logistics; English speaking (Pre-Intermediate as a minimum); Excelent understanding of local DC operations, specifics,and capabilities Conditions: The terms are discussed during the interview.
