We are a full-service dental practice offering Family & Holistic Dentistry, Implants, Orthodontics, and a variety of surgical procedures.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is key to supporting our day-to-day operations and helping maintain the smooth, high-quality service we’re known for. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to patient inquiries via e-mail, phone, and in-person
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide patients with clear estimates and insurance coverage information
Schedule appointments while observing a pre-established treatment sequence
Process insurance claims and understand dental billing procedures
Support clinicians and team members with administrative needs
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a dental administrator
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance and BCDA fee guide codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally; receptive to feedback
Friendly & positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Proficiency with computers and office software; experience with Power Practice is an asset
Clinical experience is considered a plus
