Description We are looking for a Demand Planner Analyst to support forecasting and supply planning activities for a well-established consumer goods organization in Miami, Florida. This position focuses on turning data into actionable insights that improve inventory decisions, demand visibility, and overall supply chain performance. The role offers a hybrid schedule with one remote day each week and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, metrics-driven environment. Location: Blue Lagoon near Miami Int'l Airport Schedule: 1 day Remote and 4 In-office; standard business hours Salary: $80,000-$95,000 depending on level of experience - may have some stretch Bonus: up to 10 % Benefits: generous percentage of health paid for employee, paid vacation, sick and holidays, 401k + match , other insurance and other perks, Fridays remote. Responsibilities: - Analyze demand patterns, sales performance, inventory levels, and business trends to produce accurate forecasts and support supply chain decision-making. - Develop and maintain reporting in Excel and business intelligence platforms, including dashboards that track key performance indicators and operational results. - Partner with internal teams across planning, sourcing, finance, and related business units to align forecasts with business objectives and market needs. - Support demand planning activities with a hands-on approach, contributing to forecast updates, planning execution, and continuous process improvement. - Monitor stock positions and performance metrics to identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and help maintain service and inventory targets. - Communicate findings, planning assumptions, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders, affiliated business entities, and external vendor partners. - Evaluate forecasting outcomes and planning performance to uncover opportunities for greater accuracy, efficiency, and business responsiveness. Requirements - Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis within a large-scale national or global organization. - Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory analysis, and sourcing-related processes. - Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI for reporting, analysis, and dashboard development. - Ability to interpret financial, operational, and inventory data and translate findings into practical recommendations. - Background collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced business environment. - Knowledge of consumer goods, food retail, or similarly complex product-driven industries is preferred. - Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
