Responsibilities: Organize and schedule local and regional shipments to ensure on-time delivery Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers Process and complete delivery requests and orders in a timely manner Monitor and control the timely execution of work by our suppliers and logistics partners Maintain daily and weekly operational reports on delivery status, costs, and performance metrics Requirements: 1-3 years of work experience English knowledge Proven understanding of logistics and supply chain principles Basic knowledge of accounting procedures, specifically related to invoicing MS Office Master user (Excel, Power Point, Word) Terms: 5/2, 9:00-18:00 GYM, Yoga, Badminton, Football and other activities Medical Insurance Semi-annual bonuses
