Delivery CoordinatorPrimary Responsibilities Adhere to the core values of being: TRUSTWORTHY, TEAM PLAYER and HAPPY TO HELP Support the efforts of all coworkers towards meeting our core values Look for opportunities to provide exceptional and meaningful experiences with customers and coworkers Comply with Go Auto’s policies and Employee Code of Conduct Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, liability or integrity of any dealership staff, guests, the dealership itself or the company Be a leader in your own role and assist others in their growth, development, and sense of community with the team Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership Maintain the utmost legal, moral, and ethical standards with all customers and coworkers Attendance at Go University and/or manufacture training as requested by management Primary Duties Complete all New and Used deliveries Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations In control set up for clients Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client Complete second deliveries when required Introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service) Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows) Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port. Follow up for second deliveries Follow up for reviews, surveys, and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s. Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged Dealership social media content Checking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable Home deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issues Assisting lot staff with moving cars when required Plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles What’s In It For You Vacation— Work is important, but margaritas on the beach are, too.
