We are currently hiring Deckhands to join our harvest vessel operations in Digby, Nova Scotia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the aquaculture industry. No previous harvest vessel experience is required—full training will be provided.Working aboard harvest vessels, you'll be part of a dedicated crew responsible for supporting daily harvesting operations in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. Key Requirements: Assist with daily harvest vessel operations Stun and bleed fish during the harvesting process Support general onboard activities as directed by the crew Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with crew members in a fast-paced environment Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, dependable, and punctual Ability to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety Assets (Not Required)Previous experience in any of the following is considered an asset but is not required: General labour Fish processing Marine operations Aquaculture Physical RequirementsThis is a physically demanding position.
