Job DescriptionJob Description Deck Builder / Carpenter – Full-Time 3 Views Property Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Deck Builder to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end composite and cedar decks throughout the Lower Mainland, focusing on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Build new decks from the ground up Install composite and wood decking Construct stairs, landings, and minor concrete work Frame decks, install beams, joists, and posts Read plans and work independently or with a team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Operate power tools and construction equipment safely Requirements: 1+ year of carpentry or deck-building experience preferred Experience with framing, stairs, decking Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience ($25-$45 per hour) Full-time, year-round work Opportunity for advancement as our company grows High-quality tools and materials Supportive team environment If you’re proud of your work and want to build premium outdoor spaces with a company that values quality over cutting corners, we’d love to hear from you.
