Red Deer Polytechnic seeks a Dean of Indigenous Initiatives to provide strategic and administrative leadership for embedding Indigenous epistemologies across curriculum and services. The Dean will lead the Indigenization strategy, coordinate Indigenous Services and CICAN commitments, and report on progress. Collaborating with faculty, staff and Indigenous communities, the Dean will ensure a comprehensive experience for Indigenous and non-Indigenous students.
