Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the dealing team and manage daily dealing operation Perform trade execution and monitor customers’ trading activities (trade surveillance) in US equity markets, may expand to other market and products subject to business' expansion Identify and resolve trading issues promptly (if any) Liaise with different parties such as clients, settlement and front-line departments Perform UAT on new developed systems Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by department head Requirements Diploma or above holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines; ASFA approved person for dealing Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in securities dealing; Experience in managerial role is preferred; Solid experience in US and KAZ equity markets; Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken Russian, Kazakh & English Night Shift for the US market
