Job Description You will support the design and enhancement of data integrity solutions across lineage, data quality, reconciliations, metadata, and Master Data Management (MDM). Working closely with technology, PMO, and business teams, you will analyse requirements, shape logical and functional solution designs, assess data impacts of change, and ensure new and enhanced capabilities align with enterprise data standards and enable trusted, well‑governed data across the organisation. Translate business and data integrity needs into clear functional requirements for lineage, data quality, reconciliations, metadata, and MDM capabilities. Contribute to the logical design of data integrity solutions, including data rules, lineage models, reconciliation logic, and metadata standards. Perform data impact assessments on change initiatives, ensuring designs meet “data essentials” standards and best‑practice principles. Assess proposed changes for impacts on data flows, ownership, controls, lineage, and quality, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture. Partner with technology teams to refine solution designs, prepare functional specifications, support handover for build, and validate delivered functionality. Use SQL and analytical techniques to explore datasets, validate assumptions, and provide evidence‑based inputs into solution design. Support conceptual and logical data modelling activities to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture. Maintain clear documentation, including requirements, specifications, data flows, and test evidence.
