JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Enter, update, and maintain information in company systems and databases. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Organize and maintain digital records, files, and business documents. Verify information from multiple sources and correct any errors or missing details. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries as needed. Process forms, records, and administrative documents. Support internal teams with data updates and information requests. Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure records remain accurate and up to date. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects when required. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in data entry, administration, or office support is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good typing skills and ability to manage large amounts of information. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and business software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
