Position Overview
Zonda Home is seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level Data Analyst to support data review, reporting, and basic analysis tasks. This role involves working with housing and market data, ensuring accuracy, and assisting in the preparation of simple reports used by internal teams.
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are interested in working with data and building analytical skills. No prior professional experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to follow structured processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, review, and organize data from multiple sources
Assist in preparing reports and data summaries
Verify data accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information
Update and maintain databases and records
Support basic data analysis tasks and team requests
Follow data guidelines and reporting procedures
Communicate findings or issues to the appropriate team
Qualifications and Requirements
Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and data entry
Comfort working with numbers and structured information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools is helpful
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable internet connection and home workspace
