Precision Fabrication: Layout and weld components (hubs, sprockets, and chain drums) using arc and gas equipment. Comprehensive Benefits: Full Health, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Medical/Flex coverage. Tooling & Safety: Annual Boot Allowance and a clean, organized shop environment. Work-Life Balance: A reliable Monday–Friday day shift. No weekends or overnight shifts. What You Bring: Certification: Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Welder certification (Required). Designation: Current CWB Welding Supervisor accreditation. The Craftsman Mindset: You take pride in your work and are excited to see how modern automation can improve ergonomics and shop efficiency.
