We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our usersfrom grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofitsas they run successful events on our platform. What You'll Do: Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team What You Bring: Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom) Tech-savvy with great communication skills Comfortable with Excel and basic web design Strong attention to detail and organization Legal Resident of Canada fluent English Bonus Points for: Experience in nonprofit fundraising events Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant Remote work experience & self-starter mentality Schedule: Choose between: 4 x 10 hour days (ThuSun, 11:30AM9:30PM US Pacific time) 5 x 8 hour days (ThuMon, 1:30PM9:30PM US Pacific time) First Test: We work with lots of animal rescues tell us your favorite animal in your application!
