Job Description Major Customer Success Manager We’re seeking a Major Customer Success Manager to play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-impact, remote opportunity in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving results. Own and grow a portfolio of 30–75 property management clients , driving engagement and adoption Lead onboarding, success check-ins, and account health reviews aligned to customer goals Partner closely with Sales to drive retention and expansion Analyze account trends to proactively mitigate risk and develop success plans Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase value and surface testimonials Take ownership of projects and initiatives from start to finish
