Our client, a leader in industrial solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Support 2 to join their team. As a Customer Service Support 2, you will be part of the Order Management department supporting internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Support 2 Location: Oakville, ON Pay Range: $24/hr Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What's the Job? Facilitate Canadian client requests for spare parts for Steam and Compression product lines. Perform day-to-day order entry into SAP system for assigned portfolio. Respond to email, phone, and Teams inquiries from internal stakeholders. Manage customer parts requests, including providing quotations, executing purchase orders, and inquiry management. Coordinate activities related to quotations, ordering, logistics, and manufacturing processes via SAP PS1. What's Needed? North American Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in international sales, order management, logistics, or project management. Familiarity with customs import and export regulations is desirable. Experience with SAP is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. What's in it for me?
