About the Role We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
