Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or support platforms in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
