Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience. Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that best suit their lifestyle and budget. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits through professional presentations and test drives. Present vehicle pricing, financing, leasing, and purchase options. Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media. Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain a strong knowledge of Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles, current promotions, and financing programs. Work closely with sales management and finance departments to ensure a smooth purchasing experience. Consistently work toward achieving individual and dealership sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships. Comfortable using computers, social media, and customer management systems. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required. Valid driver's licence. Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
