Roma Fence is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and problem solving abilities as well as exceptional communications skills. Working Hours - Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00am – 1:00pm (Saturday's only April-November) Job Description - Inside sales: Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers- Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to assure solutions- Handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk ins- Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities- Process billing and payments- Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop solution(s) to best meet their needs- Assist with daily administrative work: data entry, filing, copying, etc- Assist with contract administration- Maintain a high level of communication with all internal and external channels- Other duties as assigned. Requirements - 1-3 years of customer service experience (within a construction environment is an asset)- Sales experience is an asset- A friendly and professional phone disposition- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills- Punctual and reliable- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail- Must have a team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) The Roma Fence Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workplace.
