Our client, a market research and consumer insights organization, is seeking a Mystery Shopper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Mystery Shopper Location: Campbell River & Victoria, BC Pay Range: $20/hour + $0.65/km (ferry costs reimbursed where applicable) 2 day job What's the Job? Visit assigned retail or service locations and complete mystery shopping assignments Observe and evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience based on provided criteria Accurately document findings and submit detailed reports within set timelines Travel between locations as required, including ferry travel when applicable Follow strict confidentiality and reporting guidelines What's Needed? Must be between 21-25 years of age Valid Class 5 driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle Comfortable driving between locations in Campbell River and Victoria Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently What's in it for me?
