At a high level, the ideal candidate will: Deliver professional, timely, and empathetic support to clients and creditors via phone Actively listen, troubleshoot issues, and strive for first-call resolution Accurately document client interactions and maintain detailed records Build positive client relationships through clear communication and personalized service Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, multitasking, and data entry skills Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support a seamless client experience Adhere to company policies, service standards, and compliance requirements We are specifically looking for individuals who are customer-centric, dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
