Role: Customer Service Representative
This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and creditors, handling both inbound and outbound calls. Success in this position requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, accountability, problem resolution, and dependability, along with the ability to build trust and maintain accurate documentation.
At a high level, the ideal candidate will:
Deliver professional, timely, and empathetic support to clients and creditors via phone
Actively listen, troubleshoot issues, and strive for first-call resolution
Accurately document client interactions and maintain detailed records
Build positive client relationships through clear communication and personalized service
Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, multitasking, and data entry skills
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support a seamless client experience
Adhere to company policies, service standards, and compliance requirements
We are specifically looking for individuals who are customer-centric, dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
