Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to greet visitors, answer incoming calls and provide support for internal/external customers. In addition, the Receptionist/CSR will partner with members of the Customer Service and Operations teams. Responsibilities: Greet clients, vendors and visitors; answer multiple phone lines and direct incoming calls. Manage incoming/outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner. Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Provide additional support to the Customer Service team. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am-5:30pm *Local candidates are encouraged to apply.*
