Our client, a leading organization in the chemical distribution and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service, Order Specialist Bilingual to join their team. As a Customer Service, Order Specialist Bilingual, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Specialist – Order Processing & Client Support Location: Lachine, QC Hybride: 4 day at the office, 1 day home Starting temporary possibility of permanence after 6 months Pay Range: $30/hour Shift:09h00 to 17h00 What's the Job? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Verify all shipping, billing, pricing, and purchasing order information Update customer files with quoted pricing, new items, address changes, and delivery instructions Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Fluency in English and French Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills What's in it for me?
