Job DescriptionJob Description What you'll do: Part 1: Customer Operations (2–3 hours/day) ● Answer incoming phone calls from customers and partners ● Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally ● Enter and process customer orders per day using Odoo (full training provided) ● Process and record customer payments ● Apply cheque payments to customer accounts ● Support day to day office operations.
