An international company is looking for Customer Service Coordinator, Central Asia, Caucasus & Mongolia, location Almaty. Responsibilities: Order handling (orders coming from the customers the Employee is responsible for), releasing and dispatching the deliveries. Preparation/Receiving of the shipping documentation and sending it out to the customers. Production dates checking and monitoring Reporting of data concerning the status of the orders, open orders reporting n SAP GDE, analyzing the goods sent for packing, info about the trucks left from Germany and their current location, tracking status about trucks arrival at the customs, preparation of invoices for prepayment, analysis about the trucks in transit. Shipments control Payments’ control, distribution of information about customer’s balances and payments schedule Work with the client’s claims on delivery. Requests for SAP accounts creation Communication with HQ on the issues regarding operations in customer service (shipments, returns, claims from the customers) Preparing and providing the reports including orders and shipments for the Manager The Employee shall also fulfill and act on oral and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of his/her immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, if necessitated by business requirements and, therefore, deemed to be production assignments.
