Position: Customer Service Clerk (Garden Centre) Term: Temporary contract until approximately September 30, 2026. Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and assist in reducing theft and loss Run point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency Process all incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices and product Assist customers with accounts receivable inquires Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications: High School diploma is preferred Exceptional attention to detail and quality Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required Applicants must be over 14 years old.
