Responsibilities Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person. Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person. Process returns and exchanges. Operate cash register, computer and printer. Maintain the customer service area. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
