We are looking for an experienced Remote Customer Experience Manager to lead and improve the customer experience while working in a virtual environment. In this role, you will support the customer service team, handle complex issues, and ensure customers receive high-quality service. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well online, and can manage a team remotely. Key Duties: Manage and support the remote customer service team Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality Respond to complex customer concerns through email, chat, or phone Develop strategies to improve the online customer experience Train and guide remote customer service staff Review customer feedback and recommend service improvements Work with different departments to resolve customer issues Track team performance and prepare reports Requirements: Experience in customer service or customer experience management Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage and support remote teams Good problem-solving and decision-making ability Comfortable using online communication and support tools Strong organization and time management skills
