You'll combine hands-on cleaning expertise with team leadership to maintain our facilities at the highest standards. Orchestrate and distribute work assignments to your team, making real-time adjustments to keep things running smoothly throughout each shift. Inspect and give the green light on all cleaning work across designated areas—quality control at its finest. Champion your team by handling hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance monitoring to help everyone succeed. Keep all cleaning equipment and supplies in top-notch condition and ensure everything meets safety standards. Submit work orders for maintenance repairs and follow up to make sure they're completed promptly. Lead by example by maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas and managing trash and debris removal. Handle specialized cleaning tasks, including bio-chemical material cleanup, with expertise and care. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support our team's success.
