Job DescriptionJob Description Title: Curtain Wall Assembler Location: Primeline, Etobicoke Company: Triumph Group of Companies Role Overview The Curtain Wall Assembler builds curtain wall units out of the Primeline location, working with glass, aluminum framing, and hand and power tools to put together components that end up on the side of a building. You report to the Production Supervisor and work alongside the assembly team on the shop floor. This is a hands-on, general labour role at its core, but we're looking for someone who already knows curtain wall assembly and can step in with less ramp-up time. You'll know things are going well when units come off the line built to spec, on schedule, and without rework. What We Offer Wage: $18 to $20 per hour Stable, full-time employment with a growing organization Company-provided benefits On-the-job training on Primeline processes and equipment Hands-on work in a structured, safety-first manufacturing environment Opportunities to grow within Triumph Group's glazing and production teams A team that values reliability, craftsmanship, and getting the details right What You Bring to the Table Technical Skills 1 to 2 years of hands-on curtain wall assembly experience Comfortable working with glass, aluminum framing, and related curtain wall components Skilled with hand tools and shop power tools used in assembly work Able to read basic shop drawings or assembly instructions to build units to spec Forklift or overhead crane certification is a plus, but not required Attributes Reliable and consistent, you show up ready to work and follow through without being chased Comfortable in a manufacturing setting, you keep pace on the line and adjust as priorities shift Physically capable of the role, you can lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout a shift Detail-oriented, you catch a misaligned frame or a scratched panel before it moves down the line Safety-conscious by habit, you handle glass, tools, and equipment with care and speak up when something looks off Duties & Responsibilities Assemble curtain wall units according to shop drawings and specifications Cut, fit, and join aluminum framing components using hand and power tools Handle and install glass panels into framed units with care to avoid damage Inspect completed units for accuracy, fit, and finish before they move to the next stage Set up and use shop equipment safely, including saws, drills, and fastening tools Read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and work orders Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and free of hazards Report material shortages, damage, or quality issues to the Production Supervisor Support other general labour tasks on the production floor as needed Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times Company Overview: Triumph Group of Companies Triumph Group of Companies is a diversified construction and infrastructure services organization supporting projects across multiple sectors.
