Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy to support AI and digital transformation initiatives. Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, understanding business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions. Act as the bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery. Evaluate customers’ existing IT infrastructure, identify integration challenges, and propose appropriate technical solutions. Participate in client meetings, technical presentations, solution workshops, and pre-sales activities together with the business development team. Collaborate with product, engineering, and project management teams to ensure high-quality implementation and delivery. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, cloud computing, enterprise software, and digital transformation to support business growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, software solutions, AI technologies, or technology consulting. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise software solutions (B2B); Digital transformation projects; Technology consulting; AI solution implementation; Enterprise architecture or IT transformation. Experience leading large enterprise technology projects or managing cross-functional technical teams. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, cloud technologies, system integration, software implementation, and AI applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience working directly with enterprise customers and participating in pre-sales or solution consulting activities. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Fluent in Kazakh and English . Knowledge of Chinese will be considered an advantage. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following environments will be highly preferred: Technology consulting and digital transformation companies; Enterprise software vendors; AI solution providers; Large technology companies serving enterprise customers; Cloud service providers or system integration companies.
