Cost Estimating Engineer / Инженер-сметчик at FIRCaspian — NeverHard

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation / smeta preparation in industrial construction projects (oil & gas or energy sector preferred). Experience working in organizations involved in project management in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Strong experience in: Local and object smeta preparation, quantity take-off, cost calculations and verification Mandatory knowledge of Kazakhstan construction norms and pricing practices. Proven experience in preparation of Ф-2, Ф-3 (КС equivalents). Proficiency in: ABC-4 (or similar estimation software), AutoCAD, MS Excel, Experience with EPC or large infrastructure projects is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
