Cost controller/General Cashier at Хили Пропертис — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Cost Control: Monitor and control food, beverage and other operational costs. Conduct daily and monthly cost control procedures and prepare relevant reports. Monitor inventory movements, consumption and variances. Participate in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation. Analyze cost variances and identify discrepancies. Work closely with the F&B, Purchasing, Stores and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost control. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Support the Finance team with month-end closing and reporting. General Cashier: Manage the hotel’s cash funds and daily cash operations. Conduct daily cash collection and reconciliation. Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and prepare cash reports. Ensure proper documentation and control of cash handling procedures. Perform regular cash counts and investigate discrepancies. Prepare cash deposits and ensure timely submission to the bank, in accordance with hotel procedures. Support Finance with other accounting and administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience in Cost Control, General Cashiering, Accounting or a similar Finance role, preferably in a hotel. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls. Strong analytical and numerical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with hotel accounting systems will be an advantage. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
