Control access at entry and exit pointsusing electronic systems or physical checks to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises. Conduct regular interior and exterior patrolsof stairwells, hallways, and common areas to establish presence, identify risks, and maintain order. Monitor and document all security systems and CCTVfor suspicious activity or operational issues, escalating concerns when needed. Inspect and report maintenance needsrelatedto security equipment and facility infrastructure. Respond promptly to incidents or complaints, provide first aid when required, and coordinate effectively with emergency responders. Secure identified doors, ensure proper locking procedures, and enforce property regulations and city by-laws at all times. Protect client assetsagainst theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other safety concerns by remaining alert and proactive. Document all activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and daily reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of concerns. Foster positive staff relationshipsand act as the first point of contact during emergencies to ensure a coordinated and professional response.
