We’re partnering with a leading organization in the electrical distribution space to hire driven, ambitious graduates for a 3-year Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into leadership.
This isn't a sit-back-and-watch program. You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning every part of the business and building the skills needed to run operations, lead teams, and drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Rotating through key areas of the business including operations, sales, and leadership
Gaining real-world experience managing projects and supporting business units
Working closely with leaders and mentors who will invest in your development
Learning how to make decisions that impact performance, profitability, and growth
Building the foundation to step into future leadership roles
