Position Overview
Associate, Corporate Financing – Permanent. Bilingual (English & French). Salary range $72,930 - $98,670 plus performance incentive.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Leverage expertise in corporate finance and loan administration to create value for major customers and support management of a portfolio of complex accounts in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with major, highly complex accounts.
Participate in all stages of setting up complex lending structures.
Examine and interpret complex legal agreements and coordinate with internal and external partners.
Manage all aspects of loans – documentation, disbursements, and account monitoring.
Support the loan approval process by collaborating with analysts and internal teams.
Deliver an excellent customer experience by responding to requests and identifying opportunities for added value and growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
At least three years of experience in corporate finance, commercial finance, or loan administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
Intermediate proficiency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications
In‑depth knowledge of corporate finance methods and practices.
Experience in a legal setting or related education.
Experience working with financial institutions, solicitors, and external partners.
