Role Overview
Our client is supporting the development of advanced AI systems through expert legal review, research, and evaluation.
We are looking for experienced
Corporate Attorneys from top-tier US law firms
to analyze complex transactions, contracts, litigation materials, and corporate-law scenarios. The role focuses on
M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation, legal drafting, and issue spotting
, with contributors helping ensure that AI-generated legal work reflects real-world US legal practice.
CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment (1099)
LOCATIONS: Remote USA
HOURLY RATE: $240 - $280/h
Responsibilities
Review AI model responses to legal questions for accuracy and reasoning quality
Draft expert-level prompts, reference answers, and detailed critiques
Identify hallucinated citations, flawed analysis, and jurisdictional errors
Provide structured feedback that improves model performance on legal tasks
Requirements
Active license to practice law in the United States.
Recent experience,
current or within the last 3 years
, at a top-tier BigLaw firm.
Strong professional experience in
corporate law, M&A, private equity, or capital markets
.
Experience handling high-value transactional matters.
Experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-spotting skills.
Excellent written English and ability to explain sophisticated legal concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail in high-stakes legal work.
