We are seeking a confident, ambitious, and client-focused
Client Services & Sales Consultant
to join our team in
Mississauga, Canada
. The primary focus of this role is to
manage Canadian client inquiries
, assist with company formation and compliance in Canada, and promote
accounting, tax, and business advisory services
offered by our Canadian firm.
You will also support clients interested in establishing businesses in Dubai and other jurisdictions by coordinating with our Dubai operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
Conduct consultation calls to assess client needs and recommend the right business setup structure
Provide guidance on basic CRA compliance requirements (corporate taxes, GST/HST, payroll, etc.).
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients.
Coordinate with our internal Canadian tax & accounting teams for onboarding and service delivery.
Manage cross-border service requests by working closely with our Dubai team when clients require UAE business setup solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and client documentation.
Promote additional services including:
Monthly accounting & bookkeeping
Tax filing and compliance
Business advisory & digital solutions
Support sales initiatives, networking activities, and key partnership opportunities in Canada.
Ensure proper handover of clients to operations teams and maintain high-quality service throughout.
Generate periodic sales and pipeline reports for management.
Requirements
Customer service, business setup, accounting firm or sales experience in
Canada
is a strong advantage.
Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
Strong confidence in client communication and consultative selling.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge or background in accounting/tax/CRM systems is an asset.
