Accueil et intgration : Coordonner le processus daccueil et dintgration afin dassurer une exprience positive et fluide aux nouveaux(elles) employ(e)s, incluant la documentation, les demandes daccs aux systmes, les horaires dintgration et les suivis. Dparts demploy(e)s : Participer aux processus de dpart des employ(e)s, incluant la gestion de la documentation, la coordination des accs systmes, le suivi des tapes de dpart et le maintien de dossiers jour. Gestion des donnes employ(e)s : Maintenir des dossiers employs prcis et jour tout en assurant les mises jour dans les systmes RH et le suivi des approbations ncessaires. Politiques et procdures RH : Soutenir le maintien et lorganisation des procdures, modles, dossiers employs et documentation interne afin dassurer la cohrence et la conformit des oprations RH. Soutien la paie : Participer la prparation et la validation des donnes de paie afin de soutenir un traitement prcis et ponctuel de la paie en collaboration avec lquipe Finance et les fournisseurs externes. vnements RH et exprience employ(e) : Coordonner diffrentes initiatives RH et activits dengagement contribuant la culture dentreprise et lexprience employ(e). Soutien administratif et oprationnel : Offrir un soutien administratif quotidien lquipe RH et contribuer divers projets RH, rapports et tches oprationnelles. Ce que vous apportez lquipe : Diplme universitaire ou collgial en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. 1 2 annes dexprience dans un rle de coordination RH, dadministration RH ou de soutien aux oprations RH. Bilinguisme franais et anglais, avec de solides aptitudes en communication crite et orale. Excellentes habilets organisationnelles et capacit grer plusieurs priorits dans un environnement dynamique. Exprience en coordination dentrevues, dactivits dintgration et de documentation employ(e). Connaissance des plateformes HRIS (idalement BambooHR) et des outils de gestion de flux de travail ou billetterie tels que Jira. Grand souci du dtail et capacit grer des informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme et discrtion. Comprhension de base des normes du travail et des meilleures pratiques RH au Canada. Qualifications souhaites : Exprience dans un environnement rapide, multisite ou international considre comme un atout. Exprience en coordination de la paie ou administration des avantages sociaux considre comme un avantage. Participation des initiatives dengagement employ(e), vnements RH ou communications internes considre comme un atout. Connaissance des rapports RH, de la prparation daudits ou de la documentation de conformit considre comme un avantage. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, posting job openings, scheduling meetings, communicating with candidates, and preparing hiring documentation such as job offers and confidentiality agreements. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a positive and seamless experience for new employees, including documentation, system access requests, onboarding schedules, and follow-ups. Offboarding: Assist with employee offboarding activities, including documentation, system access coordination, exit process tracking, and maintaining accurate records. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring timely updates in HR systems and proper approval tracking. HR Policies and Procedures: Support the maintenance and organization of HR procedures, templates, employee files, and internal documentation to ensure consistency and compliance. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation and data validation to support accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with Finance and external providers. HR Events and Employee Experience: Coordinate HR initiatives and employee engagement activities that contribute to company culture and employee experience. Administrative and Operational Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and assist with ongoing HR projects, reporting, and operational tasks. What You Bring to the Team: Bachelors degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12 years of experience in an HR coordination, HR administration, or people operations support role. Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, and employee documentation. Familiarity with HRIS platforms (preferably BambooHR) and workflow or ticketing systems such as Jira. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Basic understanding of employment standards and HR best practices in Canada. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting a fast-paced, multi-site, or international environment is considered an asset. Exposure to payroll coordination or benefits administration is an advantage. Experience assisting with employee engagement initiatives, HR events, or internal communications is preferred. Familiarity with HR reporting, audit preparation, or compliance documentation is considered an asset.
