Nous recrutons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de projet afin de se joindre notre quipe de construction. En tant que coordonnateur de projet, vous contribuerez au dveloppement et la construction de btiments remarquables, en favorisant des relations solides avec notre personnel, nos partenaires et nos clients, tout en maintenant les valeurs fondamentales de Broccolini : une quipe, un rve, attentionns de nature, anims par la passion et le pouvoir de raliser. Ce que vous ferez titre de Coordonnateur(trice) de projet MEP chez Broccolini Assister le charg de projet dans lorganisation et la coordination de tous les aspects mcaniques, lectriques et de plomberie (MEP) des projets de construction. Fournir un soutien de haut niveau durant la phase dappel doffres, notamment en assurant la liaison avec les sous-traitants pour lobtention des prix et la mise jour des listes de corps de mtier. Coordonner et assurer le suivi des plans et des dessins datelier. Participer aux runions de projet, prparer les procs-verbaux pour rvision par le gestionnaire de projet MEP et veiller leur distribution en temps opportun aux membres de lquipe. Grer les ordres de changement et sassurer que le chantier est inform des modifications le plus rapidement possible. Recevoir, produire, suivre et rpondre aux demandes dinformation (RFI) laide des logiciels de gestion de construction. Fournir un soutien, au besoin, aux quipes de chantier ainsi qu lquipe Sant et Scurit. Ce que vous apporterez Minimum de 3 5 annes dexprience en construction MEP ou toute combinaison quivalente de formation technique et dexprience pertinente. Diplme en gnie mcanique ou lectrique, ou diplme technique dans lun de ces domaines. Bonne comprhension des modalits contractuelles et des aspects financiers lis aux projets de construction. Solides connaissances en mcanique, lectricit et plomberie (MEP), ainsi quune comprhension de base des disciplines architecturales et civiles. Une exprience avec Procore, Textura, Microsoft Excel et Microsoft Project constitue un atout. Le bilinguisme (franais et anglais) est un atout, puisque ce rle implique des interactions rgulires avec des clients, consultants, sous-traitants et partenaires internes situs lextrieur du Qubec. We are currently looking for a MEP Project Coordinator to join our construction team. As a MEP Project Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Entrepreneurial Spirit. What you will do as an MEP Project Coordinator at Broccolini: Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all MEP aspects of the construction projects Provide a high-level support in the tendering phase (liaison with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists) Coordinate and followup on plans and shop drawings, Attend project meetings and prepare minutes for review by the MEP Project Manager and ensure timely distribution to the team Manage change orders and ensure the construction site is aware of changes as soon as possible Receive, generate, track and respond to the requests for information (RFI) using construction management software Provide support as required to the site and Health and Safety team What You Will Bring: Minimum of 3-5 years of MEP construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience. An engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Understanding of contract terms and financials related to a construction project Strong MEP knowledge with a basic understanding of Architectural & Civil Experience with Procore, Textura, Microsoft Excel & Project is an asset Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset, as this role involves regular interaction with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders located outside of Quebec.
