What- The Role:
We’re looking for a detailed
Talent Operations Coordinator
to support a fast-paced environment on a 2-month contract starting June 29th.
In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This role involves a high volume of scheduling and coordination in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and thrive in a culture that moves quickly.
Create requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support interview scheduling and coordination across time zones
Assist with onboarding processes and documentation
Ensure data accuracy and compliance in all recruiting systems
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
Who – The Candidate:
1–2 years prior experience in recruitment coordination or talent operations
Proficiency with ATS tools and calendar systems
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative skills
High attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a high-volume scheduling environment
How much:
$33-35/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
Where:
Vancouver.
