Vous agissez comme chef d’orchestre du projet, de la conception à la réalisation, en assurant la qualité des livrables techniques, le respect des budgets et des échéanciers, et une communication fluide avec la direction et les clients.\nResponsabilités\n\n Comprendre, interpréter et respecter les plans, les devis et les spécifications techniques liés aux projets d’outillage.\n Collaborer étroitement avec tous les départements de l’entreprise et agir comme point central de coordination afin de garantir une exécution efficace du travail pour l’ensemble des équipes.\n Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail (SST) pour tous les équipements concernés par les projets.\n Gérer la sous-traitance des services d’ingénierie, incluant la planification, la coordination et l’ordonnancement des activités des partenaires externes.\n Élaborer le plan général du projet, le mettre à jour et en assurer le suivi, tout en gérant les imprévus et les contraintes afin de limiter l’impact sur les échéances critiques.\n Assurer le suivi et le contrôle des budgets de projet, en veillant à l’utilisation optimale des ressources.\n Organiser, animer et suivre les réunions multidisciplinaires, en s’assurant de l’engagement et de la participation de chaque employé concerné.\n Identifier les enjeux et problèmes rencontrés au cours du projet et proposer des solutions concrètes et efficaces.\n Préparer et présenter des rapports d’avancement des projets au comité de direction, de façon claire et structurée.\n Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients durant tout le développement du projet, en assurant une communication professionnelle et transparente.\n Garantir la qualité des documents techniques utilisés pour les appels d’offres, notamment les cahiers de charges, les normes de travail et les annexes.\n Offrir un soutien méthodologique et technique aux chargés de projets pour les activités liées à la sous-traitance, à l’estimation et à la conception d’outillage.\n\nCompétences Essentielles\n\n Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en outillage, en gestion de projets ou en conception dans le secteur industriel ou dans un poste similaire.\n Expérience significative en estimation et en conception d’outillage.\n Capacité démontrée à gérer des projets techniques, incluant la planification, le suivi budgétaire et le respect des échéanciers.\n Solides compétences analytiques permettant d’évaluer les enjeux techniques, financiers et opérationnels des projets.\n Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles pour gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers et coordonner divers intervenants.\n Grande fiabilité, autonomie et sens des responsabilités dans la conduite des projets.\n Capacité avérée à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des profils variés (ingénierie, production, qualité, etc.).\n Aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement de travail au rythme soutenu et à gérer les imprévus avec calme et efficacité.\n Motivation à travailler dans un contexte de changement et à s’adapter aux nouvelles méthodes et processus.\n\nCompétences Supplémentaires & qualifications\n\n Baccalauréat en génie, en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine équivalent, ou combinaison jugée pertinente de formation et d’expérience.\n Connaissance des normes et bonnes pratiques en santé et sécurité au travail applicables aux équipements industriels.\n Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et professionnelle avec la direction, les équipes internes et les clients.\n Habileté à préparer des documents techniques pour les appels d’offres, incluant la rédaction de spécifications et d’annexes.\n Aptitude à animer des réunions multidisciplinaires et à mobiliser les parties prenantes autour des objectifs du projet.\n Ouverture au changement et volonté de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de gestion de projets et de conception d’outillage.\n\nEnvironnement De Travail\nLe poste se déroule dans un environnement industriel dynamique où les projets d’outillage impliquent une collaboration étroite avec plusieurs départements et des partenaires d’ingénierie externes.
